Being in bed for 36+ hours gives you a lot of time to think; fighting off the flu over the past two days has provided me with ample time for reflection. While I am a bit fuzzy at the moment for clarity and inspiration, I do like the photograph I came across below.
Our past never defines our future unless we allow it to. Our tomorrows are dependant on what we actively choose to do in the future, not necessarily on what we’ve done in the past. If you are fighting to let go of past identities, past relationships, past failures, or past pains, the first step in doing so is recognizing that these things of the past have nothing to do with your future.
The future is at our fingertips and it can unfold magically if only we allow it to.
