Trish is laying the pavers for me to walk a more joyous life. I have accomplished more in the 4 private sessions than I have in the past 4 years and can't wait to see where I will be after 4 more sessions. The program changed my life in that it forced me to focus on myself and be deliberate in identifying my strengths, my fears and the multitude of possibilities that were at my fingertips. The simple act of acknowledging that my confidence was suffering and taking the step to focus on it constructively was life changing in itself. I felt myself shift in just the first three days. My breakthroughs included acknowledgement that the work that I am doing is difficult, that I was have made it to this point on my own accord based on my own strengths and the acknowledgement that if (when!) I do mistakes that they will not define me-they are opportunities for growth. And perhaps the biggest (and most simple) thing that I learned is that I need to be my own teammate. I work in a profession where I’m always building and leading teams and I've spent so much time not being on my own side. How crazy! It’s insane to me how such a simple concept could resonate so profoundly and deeply with me but it really did.
After completing the program, I give myself more credit. I don’t let fear hold me back because I know there really is very little that I could do that I’m not going to bounce back from. I speak to my friends about the program and am absolutely amazed at the number of people who have similar fears and doubts. It really is such a common theme in the human experience-and what an absolute shame that we don’t talk about it more. I spent so much time thinking that I had to hide not knowing all the answers because I feared everyone else knew them, only to find out so many of them have the same fears.
The program was challenging, thought provoking and absolutely worth the investment (in myself!). It wasn't easy every minute but it was worth it!

I signed up for BREAKOUT because I wanted to advance in every aspect of my life - personally, professionally and physically, but I felt stuck. I didn't know what steps to take or the direction I wanted to go. I started listening to the confidence podcast. I was able to relate to many situations that Trish had talked about. So, when Trish announced the commencement of the coaching program, I decided to give it a try.
As a result, I am doing something that I never thought I would be able to do: that is, not giving up easily on my goal of weigh loss just because I don’t see instant results. I also learned that I have to start something to move forward. I have learned to set goals and not be discouraged by set backs. I now know that consistent hard work leads to success and I am more mindful of my actions and I now have concrete goals to achieve. I am also less negative than I was before the program.
BREAKOUT is a motivational and action oriented program that will help one to search within oneself, accept oneself and equip one with the tools to move ahead in life. I would encourage others to participate in order to get a better understanding of themselves and to learn the steps to be their very best.

Before the program I was always looking over my shoulder wondering what people were saying if I did not look or feel perfect. The truth of the matter is that people are not thinking about me or judging me as much as I am judging myself. I have learned to be happier about what I have accomplished instead of constantly chasing the moving finish line. I contacted Trish after meeting her several times through the same circle of people and then read her book and realized I can really relate to her. All in all I need the BREAKOUT program to be the best athlete, mom and wife I could be. I was not only selling myself short but I was letting down other people in the process by not being the best me and not believing in myself. I was not the role model I wanted to be for my kids and that was incredibly important for me to change.
BREAKOUT helped me realize that first and foremost I am not alone and that many people are plagued by self body image issues…and that they can overcome them! I also realize that I need to set goals that I am going to stick to and be happy with what I have done and not suddenly pick out the negative. I also now stop and smell the roses. I feel like I am more confident and less obsessed with my body image. I still feel like I have those fat days but I realize that I need to not let those days get best of me. I now find many other things in my life that I am grateful for instead of beating myself up about how I feel.
If you want to achieve your goals and feel better about yourself you need to step out of your comfort zone and stop justifying bad decisions. With the BREAKOUT program you will learn to break bad habits, curb addictive behavior and stop sabotaging yourself with negative thoughts!

Since the program I have successfully accelerated my personal development in the following ways. (1). I don’t allow negative talk, even when I’m with the girls just chatting. I want others to love themselves as much as I love and admire everything about them. (2). I’ve stopped the excuses and lies I’ve told myself! I’m not old, ugly or dumb! I’m AMAZING! (3). I allow myself to forgive past errors and past behaviors that I’m not so proud of, and to learn and continue to grow.
I invested in BREAKOUT because I needed something to fill my mind with positivity and love, not hopefully negativism! When I found Trish’s podcasts and heard about the program I knew it was for me. Initially what made me take action and go with the class was Trish’s podcast. Stumbling on her podcasts last year was one of the best things I could have done for myself because I never would have even known about BREAKOUT program otherwise. He confidence program also made me decide to go back to therapy. I have depression, general anxiety, mild social anxiety and panic attack and the program and her podcasts made me realize I needed therapy again.
We all cannot do everything alone, and her podcast and confidence programs have helped me tremendously this year and I would highly recommend it to anyone who A.) wants to better their life, and B. ) wants to accomplish their goals that have been pushed back until tomorrow and before you know it there have been a lifetime of tomorrows.

After working with Trish I eat whatever I want and have zero guilt about it! I don't punish myself at the gym, I workout to feel better, but if I need rest - I skip it!
