Lower-abdominal anguish is possibly the most suffered syndrome by gym-goers and non gym-goers alike. Unfortunately, people give up their lives for perfect lower abs. I’ve seen (and done) it all: self-starvation, compulsive ab workouts, and general self-deprecation…all in an effort to perfect an area of our body that, quite frankly, is not meant to be perfect.
