I recently read that you can eat tacos, burgers and ice cream and still lose weight. Man, that sounds awesome, except that I don’t like tacos or burgers and I’m lactose intolerant. The idea sounds nice, but let’s be honest: anytime something sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
The diet industry is a multi-billion dollar giant with a new diet popping up every week. If dieting worked, everyone would be at their healthy set point and the industry wouldn’t be making the fortune that it is. Dieting doesn’t work, so stop beating yourself for not getting the results you want.
I want to help you make radical change in your life. I want to help encourage you to pursue the life that you have always want to live. So, if changing your body and improving your health is on your goal list this year I want you to read on. Body change is a lifestyle change, and if you really want results, you need to go all in and let yourself really believe that this time change is possible. It’s all about the approach.
This time around change is possible because you are better equipped than you ever have been. You know that results aren’t just from following some food-plan, but instead results are birthed from the thoughts that you allow yourself to think.
Think about it like this: Your thoughts directly design your beliefs, and your beliefs impact your perspective. Your perspective catapults your enthusiasm to take action. Over time your action stays consistent because it is driven by your new belief and perspective that you are doing does matter and is making a difference. You end up with the results you have always wanted.
An even simpler way to remember it is this:
Thoughts -> Beliefs -> Perspective -> Action -> Consistency -> Results
Remember, the best way to get the body you want is to decide to change your approach. There’s a simple saying I love: if you want change, you’ve got to change something. It’s time to change the way you think. Go ahead and ditch the taco-burger-ice cream idea and approach change differently.
I recently released a four-part coaching series to guide you through the steps of sustainable, radical change. It is a coaching program only intended for those who are ready to shake of their habits and to take ownership of their decisions. It is for anyone looking to get real results, not just the shiny results that are promised with things like the taco-burger-ice cream diet.
===> You can made the radical changes you want in your life.
Again, if you’re not sure where to start, start [ here ] < ===
You can go ahead and try the ice cream thing; I think I’ll stick to my protein shakes.
Pursuing radically awesome living,
Trish
