Self-esteem is the health of the mind, the launch pad for happiness and achievement. It is both life supporting and life enhancing; with it our lives have no limits, without it, we are simply surviving.
Since I work in the fitness industry, my passion for self-esteem starts with “body-esteem,” or loving one’s own body. If you don’t currently love the skin you’re in, then your body-esteem will allow your self-esteem to each the capacity it is meant to and in turn, you will never be able to live the life that you are worthy of living.
