Just between you and me, Trish, I wanted to let you know that I too experience moments of self-doubt. Most of the time I feel unstoppable and passionate about my dreams, but from time to team, I have lows too. I’m sharing with you because I wanted to know that if you ever feel this way too, it’s normal. Don’t be discouraged by it, instead, change your reaction to it.
The secret that I learned to help me break the negative cycle of self-doubt when it hits is to remember that I don’t have to listen to the voice of self-doubt. We have two voices in our heads at any given time: self-belief or self-doubt. They both co-exist, and they each have a volume dial that we get to control. So, when that self-doubt seems loud, take a few moments of silence to yourself to clear your head and let yourself gain the deep internal awareness you need to turn down the doubt and turn back up the belief dial.
We coached this week on Confidence on the Go about tactical ways to increase your self-belief and one of those ways was to surround yourself with other people who are pushing themselves to new levels of self-belief and action, and to surround yourself with a coach and mentor who will directly speak words of life, belief and encouragement into you. One very simple way to execute both of those strategies is to come join us in The College of Confidence. Give yourself the support and belief-coaching you need – I’m there in The College with you reminding you and coaching you on exactly how to keep turning up the dial of belief and down the dial of doubt. Let’s move your belief and your happiness to a new level that is unshakeable, join me in The College of Confidence today >>> www.trishblackwell.com/college
Confidently yours,
