This the last week of the Core Stabilization and Plyometric Preparation Phase….look forward to next week when we start the Metabolic Efficiency Phase! Stability Ball Plank Hold 60″
Single Leg Step Ups 25x each leg
Side Plank 45″ each side
Leg Scoops w Hip Raises 30x
Patrick Abs 60″
