Always continue the climb. It is possible for you to do whatever you choose, if you first get to know who you are and are willing to work with a power that is greater than oursleves to do it. -Ella Wheeler Wilcox
There is nothing more satisfying as fitness professional than to see a former weight-loss client become a successful personal trainer. It is the perfect example of something that was seemingly impossible be broken down into possibilities, as all perceived impossiblies can and should be.
One of my new trainers — someone who just a few years ago was 100lbs overweight — is someone who believe in probable possibilities the day she decided to change her life. A few years ago, she signed up for personal training and began her weight loss journey to health. Now 100lbs lighter, 100x happier, and equipped with a new perspective on life, she has changed careers completely and gotten certified in personal training so that she too could inspire others to learn how amazing freedom and happiness in health feels. Only a few months into her new career, something that only a few years ago would have been an impossible career for her to even fathom, she is already impacting and inspiring dozens of others to transform their lives and their bodies.
Nothing is impossible. Whatever it is that you think might be impossible for you, it probably isn’t. Create a mindset in yourself of probable possibilities — the art of breaking down your dream into small, manageable goals and believing that you can in fact do anything that you set your mind to.
