I got a lot of feedback on my most recent podcast, Intentional Living, and it turns out, a lot of us in this community of confidence are struggling with just that. With that in mind, I want this week to be about you getting your week ORGANIZED. Allow the below questions and tips to challenge you and inspire you to super-charge your week with a practical, intentional and organized pursuit of greatness.
Are you generalizing your goals or getting specific with exactly what you want to accomplish?
Do you keep a to-do list or daily action list?
Are you reflecting every night about what you did or did not accomplish for the day and plan for the next day?
Are you preparing your meals in advance or are you still making excuses on why you aren’t doing it even though you know you should?
Do you feel like you’re spinning your wheels and not able to “catch up”?
Do you think you’re moving and doing something but aren’t sure if it’s in the right direction or even making a difference?
Some basic tips that you can apply right away:
Pick 3 big “must accomplish” activities per day.
Pick 3 big “must accomplish” activities that you plan to get some this week.
Wake up 15 minutes early to stretch and honor your body. Setting yourself up not to be rushed in the morning can set the tone for your entire day.
Schedule your workouts into your planner (or phone)
Set time limits for tasks that you must do in the day and stick to those time frames. Studies have shown that focused 30 minute periods of time prove to be significantly more productive than a distracted 90 minutes. Set your kitchen or phone timer to go off every 30 minutes so you know when to start or stop a task.
GET ORGANIZED. Focus can transform your productivity and your potential.
