Metabolic Efficiency Workout: Week 1

The metabolic efficiency phase is designed to accelerate your fat burning metabolism! Take on this workout for 20 minutes of heart pumping fat burn!

The workout:

20 minutes AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) of

15x Burpees

10x Double Crunch

5x V-Ups

10x Lunge (each leg)

15x Knee Tuck Jumps
