HIP MOBILITY HELP #2: The 3 exercises that EVERYONE should be doing.

I had some requests to re-shoot my first hip mobility video as a few of the exercises were cut off my camera positioning. I hope this new video helps and simplifies exactly what exercises you should choose to do if you are limited with time. Do these three and you’ll feel GREAT!
