HAVE A COW FOR MARCH.

Here’s the first COW (core workout of the week) of March!

400x leg lowers

300x jumping jacks

200x push ups

100x stationary lunges (per leg)

 

Remember, if you are a beginner, or just coming off of being sick, listen to your body and simply do half of the workout. 

The mind is a powerful thing, so make sure you bring your determination with you to this workout!
