April is a month of PLANKS. This weekend, time yourself doing your maximum hold plank in all three positions (regular/prone, right side plank and left side plank). Record your results and email them to me. For the rest of the month you will re-test yourself every weekend and send me your results.

PS Only ten days away from our open coaching call on April 15th!
