The only limits in life are those that we have self-imposed through our own faulty thinking. With the right mindset, our potential to fulfill our dreams, and our ability to make a difference in the lives of others, is limitless. We get what we put into life and others, so, if you crave a legacy that will change others, then give life what you got.
Your life is already inordinately blessed, it is up to you to realize that and celebrate it. Blessings and happiness are to be celebrated; the more we celebrate in gratitude and generosity for what we already have, the more abundant and accessible our blessings will become.
What you sow, you will reap, so sow your all. I mean this in every aspect of your life. If taking care of your health is important to you, commit to making it a priority, and give it your all in each and every workout you do. If you wish to honor your body from the inside out, give it your all in making wise nutritional decisions, and commit to learning more about nutrition. If you want to love others, then give them your all: your forgiveness, your encouragement, your presence, and your trust.
Generosity always comes back ten fold; my challenge for us this week is that we may choose to experience and live generosity in everything we do. Go beyond your normal standards and be inordinately generous, celebrating all the little good things that make up your daily life with more joy and gratitude than you ever have before. Give this week your all and be confident in knowing that you will always reap what you sow.
