When you love people and have the desire to make a profound, positive impact upon the world, then will you have accomplished the meaning to live. – Sasha Azevedo
Everyone wants to love others; this desire to love and help one another is intrinsic to our human make-up and our lives’ purposes. Sadly, too many of us are too busy to even love ourselves, and if we are too busy to do that, how can we possibly love others with the authenticity and passion that we crave?
Loving yourself must first start with loving your body, and loving your body well is a call to action. Tend to your body, care for it, exercise it, nourish it, honor it, and most importantly, accept it. Stretch it, give it sleep, move it, and stop criticizing it. You can not love your body if you don’t appreciate what it does for you and what it can do for you. Stop focusing on the flaws of your body that are holding you back, and start seeing the beauty in the skin that you are already in.
Love your body, and you will be empowered to start loving your life. Love your life, and you will start living at full volume, inspiring others to do the same. Inspire and water others, and you will start to tap into your ability to impact the world.
Be yourself, love yourself, and do whatever it takes to live your life at full volume.
