FRUITFUL THINKING BEARS FRUITFUL FRUITION.

By TrishBlackwell on February 13, 2012 in Blog, Meaning, Movement

Beautiful Body Bistro teamed up with PITAIYO at LuluLemon Short Pump yesterday to teach our local community how to “maximize their orbit.”  After a fantastic fusion class of Pilates, tai chi, yoga and plyometrics with about 40 participants, we maximized the mind by sharing fruitful thoughts.

Bananas for my body + Pear-fect the way I am + Plum perfect = Fruitful thinking!

Meditation Reflections: Fruitful thoughts bear more fruit!

After class, a beautiful woman approached me with a compliment about my body; I returned the kind words, but she refused to hear them about herself and proceeded to put her “old” body down.   In front of me I saw a beautiful, toned, petite and healthy woman, I only wish that she could have the eyes towards herself that I had towards her.  Too often we are like this; we refuse to see the beauty that is within us and in turn we end up wishing our bodies away, not even realizing the tragedy of it all.

What is holding you back from accepting your body today as PEARfect?

What would happen to your life if you stopped disliking your body? What would happen if you stopped wishing for someone else’s body and instead loved your own for how it is?   The thoughts that we think can revolutionize our lives;  we become what we think, so be care with the thoughts you choose.   Choose today to believe that you are perfect as you are and choose today to stop wishing to have anyone else’s anything.
