FISH OUT OF WATER.

By TrishBlackwell on August 16, 2011 in Blog, Meaning, Movement

Be a fish swimming against the current, and be a tree swaying against the breeze.

I think that life sometimes allows us opportunities to feel out of place and not fully ourselves, fish out of water if you will, so that we are freshly reminded of just how wonderful it is to be our true selves.

If you feel like a fish out of water today, be thankful and know that it’s okay.  Everyone has fish out of water days, and they are the days that set us up with the ability to appreciate our greatest days.

Be yourself and know that sometimes to be yourself you will have to be a fish out of water, and you will go against the flow.  Be proud of being unique enough and brave enough to explore the world outside of your own fish bowl.

It takes a strong man to swim against the current; any dead fish will float with it.
