A mentor shared something beautiful with me today, and it is worthy of sharing: You can’t think yourself into right action, you have to act your way into right thinking.
Thinking takes too much time, and too often, we delay our own action towards action by over-thinking. If there are things about yourself, your life, or your health that you need to change, stop thinking about changing and instead, just change. You can’t think yourself into better thinking, you have to act yourself into a better thought life and the thinking will take care of itself.
