The weather has been perfect in Virginia to do core workouts outside! I hope you have as much luck! Regardless, this workout can be done outside, or in your living room, no gym needed! This workout is a great leg and core sculpter. As always, push yourself, but listen to your body!
The workout:
3 ROUNDS of the following circuit (take 60″ rest between rounds):
15x Front-Back Lunges (15x Right Leg & then 15x Left Leg, this is actually 30x lunges per leg)
15x Single Leg Hamstring Toe Touches (15x Right Leg & 15x Left Leg)
15x Jumping Butt Kicks
30″ Plank Hold
30″ Double Crunches OR Leg Lowers
