The COW this week is as follows:
4x [V-Ups + Body Rows + Decline Push Ups + Russian Twists]
Advanced: 20x of each exercise
Intermediate: 15x of each exercise
Beginner: 10x of each exercise

Body Rows are done with a bar – if you don’t have access to a bar or gym, please just substitute for dips on a window sill or chair.
Decline Push Ups are advanced push ups – if push ups aren’t yet your forte, please do regular push ups on your toes or knees.
Russian Twists can be done with or without a weighted medicine ball.
