BEAUTIFUL BODY BISTRO

By TrishBlackwell on October 21, 2010 in Blog, Meaning, Movement

The world is a kaleidoscope of beautiful bodies, all so very similar in varying shapes and types and yet all so distinctly different and reflective at the same time.   Take it from me; my job is to observe bodies all day long.  If you look through this kaleidoscope the way I do, you will start to see how essential each and every body type is in the grand masterpiece of colors and shapes that is created as they all blend together.
Your body is a masterful bistro, perfectly combining authentic ingredients to create a beautiful outcome. I loved thinking about these words so much this past weekend that I created my own little shell masterpiece at the Shore.

In essence, the world as we know it exists in its unity and conversion of diversity; it is what magnifies the color and spectrum of our day-to-day living.   We are, if you will, living in a bistro.   Bistros, Parisian restaurants of modest proportions, are places where all sorts of ingredients are blended together to create masterpieces of meals.  Bistros burst with authenticity, uniqueness, flavor and character…just like all of the bodies that shine in the light of the world kaleidoscope.

I have dedicated the title and domain of my blog to honor this concept.  My hope is that we all live our lives in appreciation of the beautiful body with which we have been blessed and that we consider our differences our greatest strengths.  Remember, the best thing about a meal at a bistro is its freshness and its mix of local, authentic ingredients.  Your body is a beautiful part of the world’s bistro; be proud of it and of your place in the kaleidoscope.
