ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT

Attitude is one of the most influential forces in our lives; with the right one, you can transform the world around you and your influence of positivity on others can be exponential.   We are all taught to believe in the power of positive thinking as children, but many of us abandon these strategies as adults.  Weathered by life’s circumstances, we adjust our attitudes to mirror our lives, when really, we should be adjusting our lives to mirror our attitudes.  

If you want to live life to the fullest, to love your body, and to be healthy both physically and mentally, it all starts with an attitude adjustment. 

 

Choose confidence, and you will be more confident.  Choose patience, and you will be more patient.  Choose love, and you will love both yourself and others more.  Choose happiness, and you will start seeing the silver lining in all the clouds of your life.  Author and motivational speaker John C. Maxwell says that “when our attitudes outdistance our abilities even the impossible becomes possible.”
