AN EASY FIX.

The easiest answer to any fitness question that I get is this: if it’s hard, it’s probably worthy doing.  There are a million diet plans out there, thousands of diet pills, and billions of dollars being made off our desire for instant gratification.    The real easy fix that everyone needs to know however is that nothing worth having comes easy.

 

 

We are a nation of quick fixes, but when it comes to your health, or really anything worth pursuing in life, it’s it’s too good to be true, it probably is.   Anything worth achieving comes with hard work, otherwise we would never appreciate what we achieved.

I believe that the only way to savor life is actually appreciate the fine details of it in all of the little things that you do, so celebrate the small stuff and give thanks for your daily challenges.   When you are offered an easy fix, trust your instinct and know that easy fixes never work.
