A PLANKING CHRISTMAS WORKOUT.

MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!

This is week 3 of our Strength Core Phase. We will be doing two rounds of two different circuits.

Circuit One – Plank Sequence – Repeat 2x:

30″ Plank Hold 30″ Plank Up/Downs 30″ Plank Hold 30″ Plank Body Saw

Circuit Two – Wall Sit / Lunge Sequence – Repeat 2x

60″ Wall Sit 20x Front/Back Lunges (each leg) 45″ Wall Sit 20x Side Lunges (each leg) 60″ Wall Sit
