As most of you know, I am now 38 weeks pregnant. My little Eleanor Lucia Synan, or Ellie as we will be calling her, will be arriving any day now. To celebrate, I am extending a (literally) once-in-a-lifetime website-wide sale to celebrate the date of her birth!

  17. Spray aromatherapy on your linens before turning in for sleep.
  18. Refuse to use the label “perfectionist” for yourself anymore.
  19. Don’t take yourself too seriously.
  20. Pray and meditate more often.
  21. Listen to your feelings and acknowledge them compassionately.
  22. Choose to put yourself around loving, uplifting people.
  23. Find work that you love.
  24. Indulge in hobbies that make your heart sing.
  25. Make a list of reasons why you are loveable.
  26. Stretch every morning.
  27. Stop trying to fit in and instead just be you.
  28. Put lotion on your body before you go to bed at night.
  29. Turn off your phone and social media for an afternoon.
  30. Ask for help when you need it.
  31. Get a pedicure.
  32. Have a day of arts and crafts – indulge your creative side.
  33. Go out to lunch with a friend you don’t get to see often.
  34. Dance in your kitchen with a glass of wine.
  35. Change the song / sound of your alarm clock to something you enjoy hearing.
  36. Throw away your scale.
  37. Do something every day that scares you.
  38. Stop worrying about other people’s opinions.
  39. Be more every day of who you want to be.
  40. Write in a gratitude journal every day.
  41. Make sure you have a BHAG – a big, hairy, audacious goal
  42. Believe in yourself.
  43. Go to a comedy club or watch a funny movie
  44. Follow through on what you say you are going to do.
  45. Get a massage.
  46. Share your dreams with others.
  47. Take a walk
  48. Spend five minutes with your eyes closed and just focus on deep breathing
