  3. Take Captive Your Thoughts. (Identify unhelpful ones, question and reframe)

  7. Intentional Quiet / Intentional Boredom.
  8. Monitor Inputs.
  9. Prayer and Spiritual Nutrition.
  10. Affirmations.
