How to Give Girls Confidence class

TEACHING AND GIVING CONFIDENCE TO GIRLS (& TO OTHERS), EVEN IF YOU DON’T FEEL CONFIDENT ENOUGH YOURSELF

  1. Teaching forces you to do.
  2. Remember, to teach anyone anything, you just need to be one step ahead of them.
  3. Sometimes, having to act as a leader in this area will help you connect your HEAD > HEART > HANDS

Doing creates mastering.

THE 5 STAGES OF CONFIDENCE

  1. Be someone with clear priorities.
  2. Be someone who thinks powerful thoughts.
  3. Be someone who keeps their word to themselves.
  4. Be someone who is healthy and happy.
  5. Be someone growing and contributing.

Hi Trish, thank you for getting me through a tough week at work. Your calming voice and broken down into digestible step approach is so refreshing! I’ve struggled with confidence my whole life! I’ve gotten promoted three times in the last 7 years and constantly think I don’t deserve it. I’m excited to learn and grow as I start getting more and more immersed in your podcasts. I listen to them while driving to my appointments for work. They give me the strength to get out of the car sometimes. Thank you for being incredible. -Lauren
