This is an awesome podcast. It changed my life.
Well, we can’t control people’s opinions of us, but we can control whose opinions we esteem and who we spend the most time with.
How are you supposed to confidently make good friends with good people?
How do you break the cycle of trying too hard to get people to like you?
How do you learn to figure out who will be life-giving or soul-sucking in your life?
It all comes down to learning how to assess what type of person someone is. Or, more accurately, what season of growth they are in in their lives. We are humanly capable of being both types, but to be the type that builds great relationships and thinks beyond themselves, we have to do some soul growth and work.
This is non-age-discriminate, non-gender based and not socio-economically tied.
Interested in self-promotion, in getting attention, in getting praise
Thinks about proving themselves and wanting to stand out from the crowd
Driven to be better than others because they want to be special or famous and noticed
Mindset of scarcity and competition – always thinking about what’s next
Interested in making a difference, in having authority, in living out their purpose
Thinks about how they are loved and how to share that with others
Driven to have influence over others because they want to make a positive difference
Mindset of abundance and collaboration – working to be present and grateful

If you’ve ever considering hiring a life coach, a mindset coach, a career coach or a confidence coach – this is the most important time, now more than ever to do so.
I understand that investing in yourself, particularly in a time of uncertainty, feels intimidating, and it might have you second-guessing yourself. But, I assure you, there is no better investment than in yourself. The value that you get from just one or even two private coaching sessions could quite possibly be the lynchpin of change and transformation for your next steps of success.
My private coaching hours have been booked, and I was starting a waiting list for clients; but, it is only ethical that, as a coach who breathes hope and a plan into the work I do, that I find a way to show up now, more than ever for people who need coaching. So, with the help of my husband, we are arranging extra coaching hours – exclusively available now for anyone who wants affordable support in crisis management.
Sessions are micro-sessions, so just 30-minutes and can be recorded for your review and further application. The cost the discounted rate of just $150, half of my typical coaching cost.
Maybe you need coaching for crisis management about:
How to stay positive when the world feels so panicked
How to take the fearful thoughts and your anxiety and use it for good
How to make this season an opportunity for your personal growth
How to not panic about your business growth or entrepreneurial plan
How to stay on track for your weight loss goals without a gym or your normal structure
How to work from home and stay socially isolated without getting depressed
How to pivot your business efforts and marketing to work with the new economy
How to stay motivated while staying at home / how to not give into buffering or self-sabotage
How to use any career setbacks to transition confidently into a new career
How to create a routine that brings you joy at this time, not anxiety or stress
