- Learn to value what’s important to you.
- Simplify your thinking / Know when you’re overthinking.
- Get the right tribe. / Surround yourself with good people.
- Stop apologizing.
- Remember that no-one really cares.
- You can’t please everyone, so stop wasting your energy trying.
- Practicing putting yourself out there and being your true self.
- Do one thing every day that scares you.
- Accept help (seek coaching, therapy, books)

-Identify exactly who and what are holding you back
-What story do you tell yourself that people say about you or will say about you?
-Identify what makes your heart sing
-Respect that we all have different opinions
-Realize that people are thinking less about you than you think they are
-Be someone who consistently contributes (kindness, helpfulness, compliments, encouragement, etc.)
-Living by other people’s expectations will leave you empty
-If it’s important to you why does it matter what anyone else thinks
-Figure out who you are – who the 4th bucket it – and then do what you need to do to fill that bucket. Filling the bucket of other people’s expectations is like filling a bottomless bucket – never ending.
-Control what you can (which is never the opinions of others!)
-Stop expecting to get what you need from people who can’t give it to you (affirmation, etc.)
