  • Segmenting life by 2-4 minute increments.
  • Listing out your happiness habits. (dancing, gratitude, stretching, making the bed, laughing, fresh air, pretty pens, organized scheduler, headbands, making time for makeup, reading)
  • Decluttering your life > Less TV, more books. Less stuff, more joy.  Less comparison, more being present.  Less to-dos, more being. Less productivity, more prioritization.


Confident people aren’t confident because of who they are, but rather, they are confident because of who they are becoming.

By focusing on your growth – by getting obsessed about your baby-steps of progress – you can live forever in the land of self-belief without being shaken.

Belief Must Be Grounded and Grown
