As always, a quick hello to all of my Keep the Faith listeners, thanks for being a part of this extended community of contagious encouragement.
I am proud to bring this podcast to you in part thanks to my partnership with Beautycounter. Beautycounter is more than just a company I believe in, it is the only company I trust fully for myself and my family. Beautycounter has brought a new level of health to my household, reduced our toxic exposure, and increased my self-care routine and how beautiful and clean my skin is. I can honestly say that I feel more beautifully me, thanks to Beautycounter.
Oh, and we are more than just a beauty company. We are a movement. We are on a mission to get safer products into the hands of everyone. We work because we can’t stand by idly as harmful chemicals cause our loved ones to get sick, struggle with fertility, and give birth to children with significant health issues. We work towards cleaner beauty everywhere because this is personal to all of us.

LISTENER OF THE EPISODE:
I’ve discovered your podcasts about 3 months ago and I really love listening to them. I think you are doing an amazing job and I feel so identified in the younger you.
I am 21 and I rationally know I have an amazing life. I am attending the University of my dreams, I am healthy and I have a great and supportive family. Yet, I cant be happy and enjoy it because I am (and edpecially feel) fat. Ive been having food issues and low self esteem for 3 years now and I would really love to beat this and just be happy.
I was wondering if you could make some more podcasts about loving yourself and liking what you see in the mirror.. I know your story and the advice you can give us are maybe can become similar but I think it is so really important to hear one more time. And again. So that whenever we feel like quitting because something went wrong, you remind us that there is hope.
It happens to me to feel like a lost cause and by listening to your podcasts I feel motivated again I feel like I can do it. I hope I will really make it one day. Actually more than hoping I have to take this commitment and be brave and do not give up.
I just wanted to thank you again for sharing your story and make me believe that everything is possibile and there is always hope.
