Coaching your confidence and courage to that you finish what you start and contribute to the world in a way that matters.
In this episode of Confidence on the Go we’re chatting about:
As always, a quick hello to all of my Keep the Faith listeners, thanks for being a part of this extended community of contagious encouragement.
I am proud to be an educator and consultant for Beautycounter, a B-Corp company on a mission to get safer products into the hands of everyone. The lack of regulation in the personal care and cosmetic industry is astounding and it is harming our health in very serious ways. We need more voices to join up on our mission. If you want to put your passion to purpose while being generously compensated, then I would love to start a conversation with you about what it means to be involved in the #saferbeauty tribe that is Beautycounter. Join the movement of #betterbeauty and message me via email to make your voice really resonate for a cause. Shop for your own Beautycounter collection at www.beautycounter.com/trishblackwell

I know it might be too long to use as a listener of the episode, but I still wanted you to see the blog post I was able to write because of you –
https://hannahrachelcarroll.wordpress.com/2017/06/16/why-i-shaved-my-head/
Cliff notes: I recently came out of a very dark season and was at a crossroads in life. I suffer from body dysmorphic disorder and during the height of my paranoia, I convinced myself I had alopecia, shaved my head and started wearing wigs. It took nearly 7 months to gain the confidence and mental capacity to ditch the wigs and rock a very thin buzz cut.
And to my surprise, the buzz cut has been warmly received – even by strangers and guys! I have a date tonight actually. And although my journey is no where near over, I’m learning to love myself better than ever before as my hair grows out.
More than anything Trish, I want you to know that I decided to continue to live because of your show. Confidence on the Go, which is now part of my morning routine, has breathed life back into my lungs and has brought God back into my life. I don’t think I’ll ever be able to thank you enough.

Hannah
