Action doesn’t require skill – it requires a willingness to step out of the easy lane.
Massive action can change everything about any area of your life
Figure out why you’re not taking action
What does inaction feel like?
Lazy
Regret-filled
Insecurity
Self-doubt
Hesitation
Excuses
Justifications
Self-betrayal and dishonesty to what you really want to do
(1). Belief that you are one. I am a massive action taker.
(2). Commitment to be one. I take massive action every day, even when I don’t feel like it.
(3). Courage to not tire as you are one. I am a massive action taker and I will never stop taking action because I am discouraged, instead I will lean in and keep taking action.
Know your main goal and don’t lose sight of it.
Set smaller goals and deadlines.
Commit to doing something that scares you every day.
Outsource where you can
Eliminate and minimize distractions
Block time
Create a set routine and schedule
There’s no need to be or feel overwhelmed, because without a doubt, you have multiple areas of your life where you want to up the ante on your action taking behaviors, but starting with too much at one time will lead to scattered thinking and haphazard, half-action. The key to becoming a massive action taker is training and focus.
Focus on just one area that you want to work on.
Train yourself to take action over and over and over in that area of focus.
Master it.

What area of your life do you feel most overwhelmed by or with?
What thing it is that you have been putting off but that you really do want to do?
What business are you waiting for the “perfect timing” to start?
What fitness goal have you “been thinking about” for more than two months?
What do you really want to change in 2017 that you procrastinated on changing in 2016?
