There is one word that holds more weight than any other in our language, and that word is love. Whether or not you love Valentine’s Day, whether or not your love life is where you want it to be, and whether or not you have found the freedom to love your body for how it is today, there’s one thing I know for sure that applies to us all: love wins.
Yes, love wins, always.
May this weekend be filled with loads of love for you, your family, your friends, your loved ones and your community. I am convinced, that if we let love be the commander of our hearts, then all will be well with our lives and we will experience great elation in living in the present.
Let love win in your heart today.
Love your body right now – even if you don’t “like” it or if you are waiting to “love” your body until you’re at your “ideal” body weight. Love that person who has been mean or catty towards you – they need love more than you think. Love the strangers with whom you interact, for if they are in your path, there is no such thing as a stranger. The world needs more love, so let’s start the love explosion with ourselves in our own hearts, homes and communities.
Sending you love!
