You are constantly anxious.

You are always saying or wishing you had more time

You don’t spend enough time with the people you love

You often break commitments

You are sleep deprived or don’t sleep well

You struggle with your fitness or weight but don’t think you have time to workout

You are behind on email and other small to-dos

You zone out in front of the TV instead of doing something you need to do

THE BOTTOM LINE:

We all have time to do what we want to do. Does what you say you want to do and what you really want to do line up?

Do you really want to make your life matter?

Are you honest ready to stop living with excuses in your life?

Most people have become so accustomed to stress – are you truly willing to shake it up and try living differently (it will feel funky and crazy even though it seems too good to be true)?

Do you really believe you can change? (If you don’t believe and if you aren’t able to shift your perspective on your possibilities, then you have no possibly of ever changing).
