Coaching your confidence and courage to that you finish what you start and contribute to the world in a way that matters.
In this week’s episode of Confidence on the Go we’re chatting about:
Just a quick hello to all of my Keep the Faith listeners out there – thanks for being part of the community of contagious encouragement.
Success is nothing more than a few simple disciplines, practiced every day.

I am proud to be an educator and consultant for Beautycounter, a B-Corp company on a mission to get safer products into the hands of everyone. The lack of regulation in the personal care and cosmetic industry is astounding and it is harming our health in very serious ways. We need more voices to join up on our mission. If you want to put your passion to purpose while being generously compensated, then I would love to start a conversation with you about what it means to be involved in the #saferbeauty tribe that is Beautycounter. Join the movement of #betterbeauty and message me via email to make your voice really resonate for a cause.
Success consists of going from failure to failure without loss of enthusiasm. –Winston Churchill
Success is to be measured not so much by the position that one has reached in life as by the obstacles which he has overcome. –Booker T. Washington
The price of success is hard work, dedication to the job at hand, and the determination that whether we win or lose, we have applied the best of ourselves to the task at hand. –Vince Lombardi
Success is not the key to happiness. Happiness is the key to success. If you love what you are doing, you will be successful. –Albert Schweitzer
The secret is that the real fulcrum that leverages someone from good to great in their pursuit of being the best version of themselves possible.
The 8AM/8PM Secret will help you restructure your life by helping you get out of “survival” mode and into “thriving” mode. By implementing and maximizing this secret you will learn that you have the power. You are the designer of your destiny. You are responsible. You get to decide.
If your nights are bad, the rest of your life will suffer. The world deserves more from us.
“In this media-drenched, multitasking, always-on age, many of us have forgotten how to unplug and immerse ourselves completely in the moment. We have forgotten how to slow down. Not surprisingly, this fast-forward culture is taking a toll on everything from our diet and health to our work and the environment.”—Carl Honore
Multitasking and overwork lead to anxiety, depression, and other difficulties. Guiding yourself toward a slower pace and some regular down time will leave you calmer, more relaxed, and happier.

For me, I know I’m off my game when my TV watching goes up, my sugar intake and night snacking / boredom increases, my productivity goes down, my creativity suffers, my relationships involve too much screen time, my anxiety hangs around my head, my old eating disorder or body image thoughts creep back in, my inspiration suffocates and, as a morning person, I dread getting up, press snooze frequently or feel insecure as I start the day.

Just listened to your podcast with Maddie Moon! I’m so glad you did that podcast as I am a PT as well and I’m going through changing my beliefs and brand and going against the majority in our industry so particularly hard. It’s nice to hear someone who has been through it and made a success of it! I aspire to help a ton of people to get over dieting and find REAL health and positive body image.
