RECOVERY FROM BODY OBSESSION:
In this week’s episode of Confidence on the Go, we’re chatting about
- What body freedom really means and how to attain it, even if you’ve suffered with body obsession for years
- How you can start rewriting your relationship with food through intuitive eating
- Some advice from a former fitness model on how to define real beauty for yourself
Just a quick hello to all of my Keep the Faith listeners out there – thanks for being part of the community of contagious encouragement.
I am proud to be an educator and consultant for Beautycounter, a B-Corp company on a mission to get safer products into the hands of everyone. The lack of regulation in the personal care and cosmetic industry is astounding and it is harming our health in very serious ways. We need more voices to join up on our mission. If you want to put your passion to purpose while being generously compensated, then I would love to start a conversation with you about what it means to be involved in the #saferbeauty tribe that is Beautycounter.
Join the movement of #betterbeauty and message me via email to make your voice really resonate for a cause.

LISTENER OF THE EPISODE:
Hi Trish, I wanted to thank you for all your inspirational and motivational words that I receive from your podcasts. It has really helped me get through some tough times.
My 28-year-old brother was diagnosed with bone cancer in March of 2016 (this year). Him and his wife have moved back home with my parents and I for the next year. It has definitely been a difficult adjustment but we are working through it. I have turned to coaching for Beachbody and listening to podcasts for personal development. These two things have been my positive outlet when it has been a tough day at home. I listen to a podcast of yours every morning. It has helped me build up confidence in myself and think more positively. =) I notice myself changing the way I respond to people or how I handle situations because of YOU. I just wanted to say thank you for helping me out so much during this life changing experience.
Also, I will be purchasing your new book this week and looking forward to it!! 🙂
Thank you again!
