LISTENER OF THE EPISODE:

Kris Wood

I just wanted to let you know that I cannot wait to hear your episode this year about the annual guidebook. It’s my favorite aspect of your show.

I did a good job checking in with my guide book almost every month this year. I was not perfect, but I was excellent. ???? My main goals from 2015 were;

1) read three books

2) reduce my environmental impact

3) meditate at least two times a week.

While they may not appear to be lofty goals, you do have to factor in the amazing things I’ve done in addition to those this year.

With the help of your guide Book worksheet, I was really able to reflect back and see my progress. Your worksheet helped me to quantify my progress in a non perfectionistic way. Your show works. You are changing peoples lives.  I know it works because this time last year I was so depressed that I didn’t reach my New Year’s resolutions from the year before. And this year I’m really proud of myself. I reached my goals without drastically changing my life. Doing it that way made my goals easily become habits in my life. And I did it without being shackled to the desperate need to be perfect! I’m already working on 2016!!!
