100 POUNDS & 100 REASONS TO CELEBRATE.

I have known a lot of people who have lost 100 pounds, many of whom were my clients, and many other gym-goers.  It is always a cause for celebration, and truly a life transforming accomplishment.   This past Tuesday I had the unique privilege of literally standing next to a client as he stood on the scale for that momentous weigh-in.  Not many things in life compare to seeing celebratory emotion as is expressed when someone accomplishes a goal that they didn’t think was possible.

 

 

So, in honor of this determined man that I know, here’s to a 100 pounds lost!  Find 100 ways to celebrate life and the joy of moving your body with the above “100 Workout.”   What a beautiful reminder that ANYTHING in life is possible when we set our heart, minds, and bodies to the task and never give up!

Thank you to this man and to all of my clients who prove to me every day that determination is a daily choice that will always pay off in huge dividends.
